Good Morning! I had some concerns that the jacket wasn’t going to make it by Halloween. Not only did you guys come through and deliver it in time, but it was exactly what I was hoping it to be! We ordered a jacket for one of our staff for our Annual Halloween Parade. The Jacket we ordered from The Leather City was PERFECT in every way. It fit it perfectly (thanks to your ordering process regarding measurement) and the quality of the jacket exceeded our expectations. Several of our other staff and clients asked him where he got the jacket and he said The Leather City online. We sent the order in and immediately got a response from you regarding the size and how to size it appropriately. Then you followed up with emails to let us know when it was in transit and when to expect it. All was done in a timely manner. We wish we could have ordered other costumes and such in the same way. In fact, we cancelled an order with another company on Oct 29th as the costume we ordered from them at the same time we ordered the jacket from you, had not arrived and it was not custom made or sized other than S,M,L,XL. Keep doing what you are doing and you will be the go to company for many other companies and individuals. We wish you all, all the best.
