   Really nice coat and arrived before the estimated delivery date. Perfect fit and the wool is so nice. But the buttons are not well attached and so far have been lucky to find the ones that fall off. So best stop writing this and get back to going over each one and re stitching then get the missing ones put back on

   Everything with my order went smoothly… Everything with my order went smoothly & Communication was stellar. My order arrived quickly. The quality of the jacket seems good. A couple of concerns were acknowledged and I was told they would be addressed going forward!!

   I was very pleased with my purchase I was nervous ordering blind over the internet but it was exactly what I saw in the pictures on the website. The leather city people were most concerned that I got the size right and considering it came from such a distance I didn’t have to wait long. Thank you for an excellent product

   I ordered this stumptown dex jacket from here which turned out to be too small. I emailed and was promptly responded to, helped to ensure the replacement would fit and issued a new blue jacket within days. I’m very happy with the new size. It’s lovely these days to know that you are being helped by an actual person who cares, rather than a bot 👏😊

   Excellent Return Experience Even after my size was given to them mistakenly on my part, they made replacing my new john dutton jacket very simple. Also worked very hard to ensure I was giving them the right revised sizes, and sure enough the replacement quilted jacket fits beautifully, and I’m Wearing it on maybe the last cold day of the season and could be more warm and comfortable.

   Not enough stars! Highly recommend! I was looking for a new bella swan jacket and found one I really liked. I was a bit uncertain due to having to order online from a different country but I couldn't be happier with my experience. I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for. Between the customer service, top quality product and reasonable pricing, I cannot recommend this company enough! I will definitely be returning to The Leather City when I am ready to purchase my next jacket. Thank you so much!

    This company deserve 10 stars from me! The los angeles lettermen jacket was a gift to my hunny. We had a slight issue with the jacket. They went above and beyond to fix the issue in a timely manner no questions asked. Also, responded to my emails in a timely manner as well! No issues with communication! Will definitely order again in the future! Thanks again!

    An Excellent Jacket I ordered the Firefly/Malcolm Reynolds Browncoat Jacket and i couldn't be happier with what I received. The jacket is of fine quality and actually exceeds what I expected. It arrived rapidly and unmarred and they were able to make an adjustment for me to the sleeves that turned out perfect. There's always a concern when ordering something like this online, it's hard to judge something when you cannot see it physically, but this experience was above-and-beyond and the team at The Leather City stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the process. Overall, there may not be a better word to describe this other than "Shiny!"

    I had to order special sizing, which is always a risk. Not only did they double checked the measurements to be sure, I received the jacket way faster than expected. Upon trying it on. it fit perfectly. And the quality is far better than I expected it would be. Their professionalism and prompt service are beyond words. In the future they are my go to source. I'll now go to them for any special sizing jacks I need made!

    I bought the Ford v Ferrari Carroll Shelby jacket, and it's incredible! The quality is very high, and it even comes with the hard-to-find "Shelby American" patch on the sleeve, just like in the movie. It's got slightly padded shoulders, which gives it a very cool fit. It's an awesome retro-looking jacket, but brand new! I'm 6'3" and 190 lbs. I ordered a medium, but I need to exchange it for a large, because it was a bit too snug and the sleeves were too short.

    I ordered the long leather ‘Beth Dutton’ duster—I LOVE it. It’s such a great coat. Customer service was fantastic—I was contacted about my height and the coat was customized (I am Short;) to me—which I really appreciated. It’s the perfect length. I can’t wait to order more and would give 100 stars if I could!!!💖
