- We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all products.
- Our team inspects your returned parcel within 72 hours and confirms and processes your exchange, which takes approximately 15 business days to be delivered to your doorstep.
- To receive a refund within 30 days of delivery, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags intact and no signs of wear or damage. Any tampering with the item or missing tags will void the exchange and refund policy.
- Refunds for returned products will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Therefore, changing the payment method is not an option.

- Please note that handling costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.
