Our Returns and Exchange Policy:
We strive to meet our customers/users demands and needed without hassle and with lots of care. But if somehow, the clothing items that you received from Theleathercity.com is defective, so without wasting time and thinking much you have change to get exchange or refund. To avail this exchange or refund offer, you need to contact us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel. And after 7 days from the day you received parcel, the Leather City won’t take any responsibility to exchange or refund.
In what cases a return can be accepted within 7 calendar days?
- If there is any size issue, which is in result of incorrect tailoring from our side.
- Wrong product received by the customer
- If it is torn or spoiled while shipping
For our customer’s convenience, we also offer store credits that can be used by them in their future purchases from our website.
All Returns or Exchanges must be authorized by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item.
- You can definitely Return/Exchange product purchased by theleathercity.com. You have a complete 30 days to either Return or you can also Exchange the outfit if you are not 100% satisfied with our product. This option will no longer be acceptable after 30 days.
- For customer’s satisfaction, we offer store credits, which they can use for their future purchase when they return their product and not buy another outfit at the same moment.
- If the jacket is anyway worn, damaged, abused, or washed, then you are not allowed to get Return/Exchange option anymore.
- The requisition of cancellation your order will be only entertained upon following conditions mentioned here:
- For cancelling order within 3 days, there will be a 10% deduction of total amount.
- For cancelling order within 7 days, there will be a 25% deduction of total amount.
- No request for cancellation will be honored if it is received after 7 days from the date of placing the order.
- Before shipping any of our products, we ensure that each product matches the quality standards. If it gets damaged during shipping time for any reason, you are allowed to obtain a new product with expedited delivery at our cost.
Refund Time & Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of confirming acceptance. If approved then refund will be processed, usually it takes 15-20 business days after confirmation.
