The communication was better than I expected, only it felt a bit mechanical. But can’t be expected to chitchat with all the customers around the world, right? Overall, it felt good to be looked after.
The item is nice. It has a decent weight to it.
The inside material has a cold touch, which is especially nice for cosplaying or for individuals who usually feel hot (me).
I like the hood, I was afraid that it would be too small for compared to the anime/game depiction.
