"These are my thoughts on this order.
1. I love the coat. It's just as I hoped and expected it would be.
2. One caveat with the coat is that the sleeves are really long. However, I just cuffed the end and it was perfect.

We’re quite pleased with the jacket overall — it suits our needs well and looks great. The only minor issue is that the sleeves are a bit too long, so we’ll be getting them tailored for a better fit.One thing to note: the jacket arrived vacuum packed, which left it quite wrinkled, and we’re slightly concerned that the suede might have been affected in the process. It might be worth exploring the possibility of shipping the jacket flat, if feasible, as it could better preserve the material’s texture and overall presentation.Thanks again — we appreciate the craftsmanship and your attentive customer service!

Your customer service is far above any other company I have ordered from before and I greatly appreciate that. My husband loves his jacket and the fit is perfect. One of the buttons fell off of the jacket so I will need to sew that back on. That is the only issue and something I can easily sew back on. My overall experience is wonderful and I will certainly order from you again.

I have received my coat after being held up in the airport during shipping. I am pleasantly surprised with how nice it looks, the wind resistance , how warm is and how well it fits. For a jacket so nice I'd proudly display who made it. Customer service did reach out after my order to verify the size , but being a big guy I'm glad they wanted to be sure I understood the size chart.
I'm a satisfied customer and almost looking forward to when the the weather gets cold again.
P. S the cashier at the local gas station said I looked like a movie star with it on!

My husband loves it! It won't button and it's a little snug, but that's on us because we measured ourselves, but it is an awesome quality made jacket and he was very impressed. I meant to message you guys earlier when I received it and never got around to it. I do appreciate all the hard work and quality that went into making it for him! I really do appreciate it!
