the overall quality is enjoyable. it's warm and comfortable to wear and I really enjoy the vibrant colors. also you guys have the logo of the Yellowjackets more accurate than the official which I think is awesome and I love how accurate you guys are. the shoulders are a little too big which made me a little sad but the sleeve length is perfect.
the customer service was the best part of my experience. you guys were quick with your responses, thoughtful and kind in your messages, and extremely helpful. it was a really smart move on your part to send the images of how to take measurements, that was so lovely and it made me less anxious about if I was doing it right.
